What We Do

What We Do

We design and create digital tools that empower organizations to engage their audience in meaningful ways. We strive to create experiences that encourage collaboration, sharing and connectivity. We take pride in our products and we’re passionate about design and craftsmanship.

The Team Behind NGIN

NGIN (pronounced "Engine") is our software masterpiece. It is a powerful, easy-to-use website platform that has been created from the ground up by our own internal development staff. NGIN is currently used by thousands of sports teams, events, organizations and businesses around the world. As a robust platform, NGIN features a complete suite of timesaving tools that empower organizations and their audience to connect online like never before.

Enterprise-level NGIN Services

We help clients create exponential value by leveraging their brand, relationships and data. No one knows the NGIN platform better than its creators. We offer enterprise-level support, consulting and content strategy for those organizations interested in large-scale implementation of NGIN. Premium webmaster services are also available to high-profile clients looking to cost-effectively augment (or replace) their website management staff with NGIN platform experts, writers and designers.

Strategic Interactive Design

We achieve great design through strategic thinking. Nothing makes us more excited than our clients' success. When they look great, we look good. Great is in the details, and we sweat the details. We have valued great design since our inception. Great design isn't an accident. Our design direction is calculated, which points our vision in the right direction from the very beginning. Focused creativity is a very powerful thing... and our results speak for themselves.

In Our Spare Time...

U.S. Pond Hockey Championships

We celebrate the joy of hockey "the way nature intended" on a Minneapolis lake each January with players reuniting with their youth and friends over a weekend when time can stand still and we can all be kids for three days. The USPHC has become an annual pilgrimage for thousands, and every year pond hockey history is once again etched into the frozen surface of Lake Nokomis.

Overnight Website Challenge

On the weekend of March 26-27, 2011 – 18 teams of developers paired up with 18 nonprofits in the Twin Cities to donate over 4,000 hours worth of web building work. Judges were charged with naming one team that made the most transformational difference for their designated nonprofit, and they reached consensus on TST Media for their work for Bloomington United for Youth (BUY).

Twin Cities Tech Advocates

It's an exciting time to be part of the emerging Twin Cities tech community. The rest of the country is just starting to realize what we've known for a while- there are some special tech ingredients here: visionary ideas, incredible talent, and an authentic atmosphere that can't be found anywhere else in the country. This is where Silicon Valley ambition meets midwestern values and work ethic.
