Who We Are


TST Media is the melding of our collective passions and talents. We are a small company doing very big things.

We're the underdog team no one saw coming, and we're playing for the love of the game. While the competition is bogged down with bloated bureaucracy and obsolete technology, we are busy getting things done and pushing the envelope. We are efficient, agile, and damn good at what we do. We are a team in every sense of the word. We are ecstatic about our company and the products and services that we offer. We are a next generation media company, bringing power back to the people. We create powerful tools that are well designed and a joy to use. We make great design accessible to the masses. We love interacting with our clients- and nothing makes us more excited than their success. When they look great, we look good. Great is in the details, and we sweat the details.

We believe in a culture that encourages us to utilize our skills and talents to truly influence the growth of our company as a whole, while at the same time enriching the experiences of our clients and team members.

We thrive in an open, relaxed, creative atmosphere- as part of a team of extremely talented individuals in a fantastic loft-style office space (13 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, brick and timber finish, and tons of windows) located in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. We work hard... and play hard.

Justin Kaufenberg
Co-Founder/CEO

Justin Kaufenberg is Chief Executive Officer at TST Media, which he co-founded in 2004. Justin is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company, as well as new growth initiatives. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics and marketing from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he graduated with honors and served as a captain of the UWEC Varsity Hockey Team.

Carson Kipfer

Carson Kipfer is Chief Visionary Officer at TST Media, which he co-founded in 2004. Carson is responsible for the design vision of TST Media, its applications and its touchpoints. Carson holds a BFA in graphic design from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he graduated with honors.

Michael Lewis

Michael Lewis is Chief Research & Development Officer at TST Media and is responsible for exploration of development concepts. Michael leads the company's research and development initiatives and focuses on abstraction strategy. Michael is a Silicon Valley veteran of Preview Travel, Travelocity and the451.

Greg Blasko

Greg Blasko is Chief Technology Officer at TST Media and oversees product management, infrastructure, hardware, software and IT. Prior to TST Media, Greg founded Peak Timing Systems, a national leader in the event and active sports timing industry. Greg holds a BA in management information systems from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he graduated with honors.

Mark Pohl
CFO

Mark Pohl is Chief Financial Officer at TST Media and oversees financial strategy with an intense focus on execution through numbers, metrics and statistical analysis. Prior to TST Media, Mark served as CFO of Clinic Doctor Inc. Mark holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Business Administration from St Mary’s University.

Anna Klombies
Director of Human Resources

Anna Klombies is Director of Human Resources at TST Media and is responsible for leading human resource practices and objectives and focuses on an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Prior to TST Media, Anna helped build Marketwatch.com, which was acquired by Dow Jones. Anna has a bachelor’s degree in HRM from Concordia University, St. Paul, where she graduated with honors.
